The program of the undergraduate studies at the Institute of ethnology and anthropology is implemented through lectures, courses, seminars and field work. The field work is obligatory in all study years (one-day study trips or longer). The aim is to train students in basic research field work.
After graduation the candidate attains the title graduated ethnologist and anthropologist, with a possibility for Diploma supplement in the title referring to a specific segment of ethnology and sociocultural anthropology.
